A master of contemporary electronica. IDM, electro, techno, ambient and glitch can be heard in his work. While still a young boy, he was signed to the cult label Warp. Clark has recorded a total of 12 original albums and numerous singles and EPs, including albums for the prestigious Deutsche Grammophon label. He has also created music for film, theatre, soundtracks for contemporary dance and collaborated with choreographer Melanie Lane. He has remixed some of the biggest artists, from Massive Attack and Depeche Mode, to Max Richter, Nils Frahm and Battles. “The world is coming to an end, and Clark writes the soundtrack to it,” wrote the influential Pitchfork website about his music. In 2023, Clark released two albums. The producer of the album ‘Sus Dog’ is Thom Yorke of Radiohead, and ‘live’ percussion can be heard in the recordings. As Thom Yorke says of the project with Clark: “it’s like the Beach Boys on MDMA”.
