A person with too many interests. He is an openly queer composer, music producer, DJ and vocalist, part of the Ciężki Brokat collective and a former member of Oramics (2019-2022). He is also one of the co-founders of Radio Kapitał, Polish ambassador of Keychange and resident of SHAPE Platform 2021, but also a graphic designer, typographer and 3D illustrator. Over the past 11 years he has undergone more than one metamorphosis, from his fascination with purely synthetic sound, to polyphonic chanting with the Mould project, to the rhythmically jagged club sounds of his EPs “Gusła (Human Rites)” for the Tańce label, ‘Doolska’ released on London’s 51-53 Records, and his latest “Lamenty.” He has had the opportunity to perform at festivals such as Unsound, CTM, Schiev, Up To Date, Tauron Nowa Muzyka Katowice, Les Siestes Electroniques and Audioriver, in clubs in Poland and abroad, recorded mixes for the global music press, remixed artists such as Kamp and Baasch, and created music for theatrical performances. At the club, his 15 years of experience in the queer, anti-fascist and underground scene results in an almost infuriatingly eclectic lexicon of the most progressive sounds of today’s electronic scene. Avtomat combines unusual rhythmic divisions, spicing things up with live improvised vocals.
