His real name is Gabor Schablitzki. The German DJ and producer is a veteran of the club scene, which he has been contributing to since the late 1980s. He cites the cult film ‘Beat Street’ as one of his biggest teenage inspirations. He has formed several bands and collaborations, the most important of which turned out to be the duo Wighnomy Bros. Under this label, Robag produced many club classics, collaborating with Monkey Mafia. In 2010, the duo disbanded and Gabor devoted himself to his solo activities. Robag Wruhme had already been formed in the wave of the trend for names and nicknames read backwards. Since then, Gabor has been constantly playing and producing new music, also on his own label Tulpa Ovi.
