Passes for the 13th edition of the Tauron Nowa Muzyka Katowice festival go on sale tomorrow!

4-Day Passes including all festival days (Thursday-Sunday) will be the first ones to go on sale. The passes will be available for purchase at the promo price of 359,00 PLN (85 EUR), but their number is limited, so do not waste any time. Later on, the price will increase to 389,00 PLN (92 EUR). Those who will decide to get a 4-Day Pass can count on important conveniences. Most of all, for the first time ever, they will be able to choose a seat (within the available pool) for the opening and closing concert at the NOSPR already at the purchase stage. Another convenience will be priority to enter the chamber hall of the National Orchestra during Friday and Saturday concerts, however, the number of reserved seats for the owners of 4-Days Passes will be limited.

We’ve been listening to the voices of our festivalgoers very carefully and thus the changes we offer for the next year’s edition meet the expectations of many people, especially those interested in concerts at the NOSPR. Our Festival is quite unusual, because it simultaneously takes place in the phenomenal headquarters of the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra, the futuristic building of the International Conference Centre, and the open space belonging to the new and beautiful Silesian Museum. The three organisations create the Culture Zone in Katowice, which is the heart of the Festival. Therefore, in terms of organization, these are totally different worlds and we’re trying to combine them. We introduce conveniences, because we want to appreciate people willing to spend the whole Festival with us, but at the same time we have to remember about the rest of Nowa Muzyka’s guests and keep the doors wide open – said Adam Godziek, organiser and co-owner of the Festival.

Another important novelty is launching – from the very first day of sales – package passes that include a camping spot. This type of passes will also be available for sale in case of 3-Day and 2-Day Passes, but starting from this edition it won’t be possible to buy a camping spot separately, i.e. without one of the Festival passes.

It’s a conscious decision. First of all, by introducing passes with campsite from the very first day of sales, we reassure the die-hard fans of our camping that such a zone will definitely be prepared for the Festival and it’s better to get a spot right away. Second of all, it’s important for us that, for the safety of the participants, the campsite is only used by people who actually take part in the Festival. However, if someone first buys a normal pass and will want to buy a camping spot later – it will be possible on site, provided that there are still some spots available – emphasizes Adam Pomian, organiser and co-owner of the Festival.

The first big announcement regarding the artists who will perform between 28.06 and 01.07.2018 during the 13^th edition of the Tauron Nowa Muzyka Katowice will take place in December!
